Ashley W. Pittman, J.D., LL.M.
Ashley W. Pittman is a native of Jackson, Mississippi and practices with the law firm of Stubblefield & Yelverton, PLLC, located in Jackson, Mississippi. She has also been named as Mississippi’s Of Counsel attorney by the Reproductive Law Center, Inc. and the International Fertility Law Group, Inc., both located in La Mesa, California. Her current practice is focused in the areas of fertility law and surrogacy law, as well as estate and business planning, probate, asset protection strategies, charitable planning, and taxation law.
Ashley was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1998. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi in 1995, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi in 1998, and was a member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society. Ashley earned a Masters in Tax Law (LLM) from the University of Alabama Law School in 2008.
After graduating from law school, Ashley served as a law clerk for Justice Michael P. Mills, Supreme Court of Mississippi, and in 2009, began her practice with the law firm of Stubblefield & Yelverton, PLLC.
Ashley is a member of the Mississippi State Bar, serving as a member of the Taxation and Probate sections of the Bar, the Capital Area Bar Association, Jackson Young Lawyers, and a professional member of Resolve, the National Infertility Association. She is an active member of St. James Episcopal Church in Jackson and is the mother of two young children, Abigail and George.
